Restaurant

You can join us for a meal from the first day Val Drôme Soleil opens for the new season. You will find the daily menu on the big blackboard. If you would like to dine with us, please register before 4 PM and we will expect you for the communal dinner at 7 PM (dressed). If you are vegetarian or have any dietary requirements, please let the kitchen know and we can discuss this with you in order to adjust the menu.

In addition to these joint mealtimes, we also have regular buffets (in combination with a themed day or evening). With plenty of warm and cold dishes and something for everyone. These buffets are announced on the chalk boards and reservation is necessary.

You can also order a takeaway dish. From a grilled chicken drumstick with chips to a generous satay skewer, a pizza or a delicious main-course salad. These dishes can be ordered before 5 PM and collected at 6:45 PM. You can bring the dishes to your tent or caravan or take a seat on our terrace, where we will serve your dish.

Between 6 PM and 6:30 PM you can bring your own pot or bowl to the kitchen to collect a portion of chips, with a frikandel (fried meat) or croquette if required. You don't need to make a reservation for this.

You are welcome to join us for lunch between 1PM and 2 PM. There is a choice of a wide range of salads, snacks and various sandwiches and paninis here too.

On request, we can provide you with a large breakfast on our terrace or in the restaurant. Handy if you want to set off early or the weather has turned briefly.

If you would like to eat elsewhere, we can also recommend a number of restaurants:

Themed buffets

We regularly serve buffets or special meals based around a theme. From Mexican and Indonesian to American and from unlimited pizza or prawns to a real Hawaiian evening around our swimming pool. Many of these buffets are accompanied by live music and feature matching costumes.

Breakfast? Fresh eggs!

At breakfast, alongside orange juice, coffee, tea and assorted meats, cheese and sweet spreads, we also offer fresh eggs. These eggs are extra fresh as they come from local suppliers. It would be great if you could let us know the evening before if you would like to have breakfast, so we can ensure it's ready on time.
